Automated Reporting – live dashboards instead of monthly PDFs.

Classic marketing reports are out of date the moment they land. We build live dashboards that bring Search Console, GA4, Maps, social platforms and AI-model data together in a single view – always current, drill-down-ready, with alerts for anomalies.

  • Looker · Power BI · Metabase
  • API integration
  • Alert system
  • Separated by location/channel/model
In short

Automated Reporting replaces monthly spreadsheet work with live dashboards: every visibility KPI from SEO, GEO and local search in one place, always current and transparent rather than only in the monthly report.

What our dashboards deliver

Six modules per client

1

Rankings overview

Top keywords, movements, competitive position – from Search Console and Ahrefs/Semrush.

2

Traffic & conversion

Sessions, leads, purchases per channel/landing page/device – from GA4 or server-side tracking.

3

Local performance

Local Pack position, GBP views, calls, directions – separated by location.

4

AI Visibility

Share of Model, citation rate, sentiment per AI model – from our own tracking pipelines.

5

Social KPIs

Reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks per platform.

6

Alerts

Configurable thresholds: ranking drop, conversion drop, reputation risk – via email, Slack or Teams.

A live dashboard doesn't replace the monthly reporting meeting – it makes it better. Instead of explaining data, the team can talk about what to do next.

Good to know

The key questions, answered briefly

What does a live dashboard offer over monthly reports?

Currency and transparency. Instead of once a month, you see what's working at any time and can correct course faster. It also removes the manual assembly – the data flows automatically from the sources into the dashboard.

Which KPIs should you track in visibility reporting?

The ones relevant per channel: organic rankings and traffic (SEO), Local Pack share and profile views (local), Share of Model (GEO), plus reach and inquiries. The key is to align KPIs with business outcomes rather than vanity numbers.

Data sources

Which data sources feed a visibility dashboard?

Good reporting brings every visibility channel together in one place, instead of checking them one by one:

Google Analytics 4 – traffic and conversions.
Google Search Console – rankings, clicks, impressions.
Google Business Profile – calls, directions, views.
Rank tracking – positions for your main keywords.
Social & GEO – reach and Share of Model.

FAQ

Common questions

Which tool do you build the dashboards with?

Standard: Looker Studio (free), Metabase (open source) or Power BI. A custom frontend where needed. We choose based on complexity and your existing setup.

How current is the data?

Search Console data has a 1–3 day lag (a Google limit). GA4 live. GBP data live. AI tracking varies by model (Perplexity near-live, ChatGPT depending on the model).

Can external stakeholders get access?

Yes, with role-based access. Stakeholders see only the KPIs relevant to them, without operational depth.
