Content Automation – content on schedule, not in a panic.
Content Automation turns manual content creation into a pipeline: research, generation, fact-checking, publishing – as a repeatable process. With our three quality gates, quality stays at manual level while output runs at industrial scale.
- Fact-check gate
- URL whitelist
- Editorial sign-off
- Scalable 10–1000+ posts/month
Content automation at Loomup does not mean "AI text with no control". Every automatically produced piece passes three quality gates: a fact-check against original sources, URL validation against your sitemap, and editorial sign-off. Only then does anything go live.
From trigger to publish
Content automation is a repeatable pipeline with three hard quality gates – scalable from 10 to 1,000+ pieces per month.
Six pipeline stages
Topic trigger
The pipeline starts either on a schedule (editorial calendar) or on an event (a new search query in your industry).
Research automation
Competitor top-10 scrape, question patterns from ChatGPT/Perplexity, search volume, semantic topic map.
Generation
The AI model produces a first draft to a fixed brief – with factual requirements, source notes and FAQ structuring.
Gate 1: fact-check
Figures, proper names and studies are validated against original sources. On a discrepancy: escalation to an editor.
Gate 2: URL whitelist
Internal links are checked against your sitemap. Hallucinated URLs are discarded.
Gate 3: approval flow
Editorial review within 24 h. Only your sign-off makes the piece live.
What can realistically be automated
10–30 posts/month
Standard for blog clusters, FAQ expansions, glossary building.
30–150 posts/month
For mid-sized shops with many product/category texts or extensive topic worlds.
150–1000+ posts/month
Wholesale shops, marketplaces, directories – with an individual pipeline setup.
Which steps in the content process can be automated?
The recurring steps around the creative core work can be automated – the core itself stays human. Typically automated:
How does quality stay high with automated content?
Through built-in quality gates: before publishing, every piece passes a fact-check, source comparison and human sign-off. Automation speeds up the steps around it but doesn't replace editorial judgement. The result is more consistency, not less quality.
Manual, automated or AI-assisted?
| Aspect | Purely manual | Automated + AI (Loomup) |
|---|---|---|
| Output volume | limited | scalable |
| Consistency | fluctuates | steady |
| Quality control | manual | defined gates + sign-off |
| Effort per piece | high | significantly reduced |
Common questions
Will the content be recognisable as AI-generated?
With our fact-check and sign-off gates and an on-brand tone of voice: no. We see this in daily practice.
Will we be penalised if Google notices the content is AI-assisted?
Google doesn't penalise AI content – Google penalises bad content. Helpful content is the standard. With our fact-check and approval flow, the content meets that standard.
What if a piece is found to be faulty after publishing?
Immediate correction and an escalation review in the pipeline setup, so the source of the error is blocked in future.
